洲,男,19738月出生,博士,教授,博士生导师。江苏省青蓝工程学术带头人,IEEE高级会员,IEEE EPS专委会理事,云控制与决策委员会委员、网络科学与工程专委会委员等。获2023年度河南省科学技术奖三等奖(自然科学类)。近年来Automatica, IEEE Transactions on CyberneticsIEEE Transactions on Fuzzy SystemsIEEE Transactions on Industrial InformaticsIEEE Transactions on Systems, Man Cybernetics-SystemsIEEE Transactions on Neural Networks and Learning SystemsIEEE Transactions on Intelligent Transportation SystemsInformation Sciences 等刊物上发表SCI论文100余篇。发表在《IEEE Systems Journal》期刊的论文获得IEEE Systems Council 颁发的2022年度最佳论文奖(Best Paper Awards),入选2023年斯坦福大学发布的“全球前2%顶尖科学家榜单”。
